Strategic Growth Manager

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Strategic Growth Manager to drive high-value deals, lead business development teams, and spearhead measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Owning the full sales cycle, acquiring high-ticket clients through various channels, and consistently meeting targets.
  2. Confidently communicating with top-level executives, CEOs, CTOs, founders, and other high-tier decision-makers.
  3. Leading strategic planning for business development goals, including forecasting, team targets, and performance metrics.
  4. Crafting custom strategies for client acquisition, pricing, and positioning, while driving revenue growth.
  5. Mentoring mid and junior team members, tracking KPIs, and holding them accountable for results.
  6. Developing and delivering training sessions, sales playbooks, and process improvements to optimize performance.
  7. Analyzing sales data, generating insight reports, and providing actionable recommendations for decision-making.
  8. Representing the company in industry events, partnership discussions, and negotiations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven success with documented deal closures (including size/impact) over 3-6+ years.
  2. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field is preferred.
  3. Leadership experience in managing and training business development teams.
  4. Excellent English communication skills, particularly with C-level professionals.
  5. A deep understanding of Upwork, LinkedIn, and B2B client behavior.
  6. Proactive approach to setting up BD systems, strategy blueprints, and revenue pipelines.
  7. Strong strategic thinking with accountability for results, implementation, and team growth.
