Key Responsibilities:

Website Optimization:

Ensure our company website is optimized for search engine rankings, overseeing and updating content as needed.

SEO and Digital Strategy:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our online visibility, creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Social Media Management:

Design and post engaging content on social media channels, monitoring performance metrics to optimize results.

Talent Acquisition:

Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners, conducting remote interviews via video conferencing based on set criteria.

Client Engagement:

Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries, following up on sales leads to ensure customer satisfaction.

Basic Financial Management:

Maintain accurate financial records and create and manage staff rosters and schedules efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in website management and SEO, strong background in digital and social media marketing, and excellent communication skills.
