Maintenance Engineer Job Description

Secure Tech Cards is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to fill this key role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machine Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-based intelligent machines in high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and repair electrical wiring, VFDs, servo motors, CNC machines, HMI systems, PCB circuit boards, and pneumatic systems.
  • Servicing Equipment: Ensure the proper functioning of dies, punches, relays, sensors, and control wiring.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and perform calibration as required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 4-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-based machines.

They should possess basic knowledge of electrical wiring, VFDs, servo motors, CNC machines, HMI systems, PCB circuit boards, and pneumatic systems, as well as familiarity with dies, punches, relays, sensors, and control wiring.

A plus would be experience in preventive maintenance, spare parts management, and calibration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 4-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-based machines
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, VFDs, servo motors, CNC machines, HMI systems, PCB circuit boards, and pneumatic systems
  • Familiarity with dies, punches, relays, sensors, and control wiring
