Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives related to communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the digital marketing department.
  2. Provide reporting dashboards to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  3. Keep track of all projects, tasks, and timelines within the digital marketing department.
  4. Coordinate meetings with management and the digital department on a regular basis.
  5. Create agendas, record meetings, and provide minutes with action items.
  6. Ensure action items are tracked and progress is monitored.
  7. Identify issues and inactivity within the digital department and address them timely.
  8. Coordinate with consultants and organize audits as needed.
  9. Organize meetings with consultants and auditors.
  10. Track targets and report to management accordingly.
  11. Support senior management by preparing reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing (3-4 years minimum).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Pro Level, social media management tools, content management systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
