Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage client relationships and optimize sales activities.
  • Prioritize and coordinate marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and marketing communications materials.
  • Built strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and payments, in accordance with company policies.
  • Organize events and activities to foster partnerships and boost sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain effective communication with the head office.
Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess an MBA or BBA degree, with a strong working understanding of IT and at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in software solutions/products/services.

Candidates should exhibit high integrity, excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communication skills, as well as strong relationship-building and engagement abilities.

They should be able to effectively prioritize multiple projects, demonstrate a positive attitude, and show willingness to lead and assist team members as needed.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills, an eager outlook, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
