Sales Account Manager Job Summary

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales and account management. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and conducting market research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and solutions to customers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Business Management.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
