Business Development Specialist: A Key Role in Local Outreach

We are seeking a results-driven professional to expand our client base through targeted local outreach efforts. This includes services such as Local SEO, Web Development, PPC, and Lead Generation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our services can enhance their business growth.

  • Cold Calling: Establish contact with local businesses to introduce our services.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client online presence and goals to propose tailored solutions.
  • Pitching Services: Promote our services emphasizing their benefits for visibility and sales.
  • Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings with interested clients.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain engagement with leads to improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve call quotas, appointment setting, and lead conversion goals.

Note that specific targets will be set during onboarding.

Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, particularly in digital marketing services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills in the local language and basic English understanding.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Local SEO, Web Development, PPC, and Lead Generation is advantageous.
  • Sales Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a focus on targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and client data management.
