We are looking for a motivated LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to drive our B2B lead generation efforts on LinkedIn. This role will develop and execute outreach strategies, build relationships, and nurture leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is a LinkedIn expert with a strong understanding of engagement tactics, networking strategies, and personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn, targeting key decision-makers and prospects within our target industries.
  • Develop personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and conversation strategies to foster genuine engagement.
  • Conduct research to build comprehensive target profiles and understand client needs and pain points.
  • Engage with leads to establish relationships and promote brand awareness.
  • Nurture leads through thoughtful follow-up messages, relevant content sharing, and strategic value-adding conversations.
  • Qualify leads and work closely with the sales team to transition them effectively.
  • Campaign Development & Optimization:
    • Create and execute outreach campaigns to achieve lead generation targets, experimenting with different message sequences and follow-up strategies.
    • Track and analyze outreach metrics, such as connection acceptance rates, response rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns and increase effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, trends, and tools to continuously improve outreach results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach (ideally 1-2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other LinkedIn automation and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, personalized outreach messages.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric mindset and the ability to connect authentically with prospects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Experience with LinkedIn analytics and reporting.
  • Background in B2B sales or business development is a plus.
