Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee the development process and ensure the highest quality standards across multiple projects. This role involves improving processes, collaborating with developers, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.

  • Oversee development work across projects to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Identify, document, and track defects for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and security.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback, discuss testing outcomes, and provide quality insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Improve development processes to enhance overall quality.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
  3. Track and resolve defects efficiently.
  4. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  5. Conduct thorough testing for functionality and security.
  6. Provide high-quality insights to clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles.
  • Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • API testing and performance testing experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
  • Previous client-facing technical experience.
