Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to manage and lead various projects, overseeing client relationships and delivering results-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and business acumen.

Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Project Management: Define and manage project scope, aligning it with client goals and objectives.
  • Deliverables: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project outcomes, meeting client requirements.
  • Resources: Effectively allocate and utilize resources to achieve project goals, ensuring efficient use of personnel and assets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through regular feedback and process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Culture Fit: Align with our company culture and values.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with enterprise technologies, including MDM, ETL, BI, DBMS, Data Modeling, etc.
  • Business Domain Knowledge: Competency in at least one business domain and knowledge in multiple domains, including distribution, sales, SFA, CRM, finance, manufacturing, etc.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in industries like pharmaceutical, medical sciences, consumer packaged goods, computing, etc.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead large projects or multiple small projects concurrently, inspiring team members and building a team of A players.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Consultative selling ability, excellent writing, presentation, documentation, and oral communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to create trusted relationships with customers and partners.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills and ability to achieve outstanding results in business, technology, or other areas of interest.
