Job Title: Regional Sales Professional

The Role:


  • To manage and oversee a designated sales territory by building strong relationships with distributors, ensuring seamless product delivery, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Country Business Development Manager (BDM) and Sales Support team to contribute to the development of a robust route-to-market strategy for key customers.
  • Develop targeted sales plans for key accounts within the allocated region, meet regularly with customers to track, monitor, and report on performance against agreed targets.
  • Work closely with customers to identify and resolve product-related or sales-related issues, providing timely feedback to internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, assisting in resolving issues and collecting payments while ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Carry out store visits to verify stock levels and product expiry dates, ensuring the availability of high-quality products in the market.
  • BUILD STRONG BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS with key customers across the allocated region, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Pursue and expand NFL's presence in underserved markets using market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Provide regular feedback to the BDM, Quality Improvement & Risk Department (QIRD), and Marketing team on the performance of new and existing product categories or any product-related issues that may arise in the region.
  • Track, monitor, and report on actual sales performance for the allocated region, highlighting any variances against established targets.
  • Attend regular reviews with the BDM to discuss actual sales performance versus allocated targets and address any challenges hindering target achievement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor performance, and evolving consumer preferences.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports for the allocated region on a regular basis.

Background Requirements:
  • A graduate degree is required.
  • 3-4 years of relevant sales experience are preferred.
