Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, experience working with ClickUp and GHL, and a solid understanding of digital marketing factors, mainly SEO and Google Ads.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Using ClickUp and GHL to streamline workflows.
  • Identifying and addressing project bottlenecks while implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Regularly communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet expectations.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with ClickUp, GHL, and other project management tools.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing factors, mainly SEO and Google Ads.
