Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Data Management Expertise: Proficiency in relational database design and workflows is essential.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, VS Code or Other IDEs).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Good business analyst skills are a must.
  • Experience with Google Docs/Drive is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day functions include user and production maintenance, creating custom reports, users, and dashboards, and workflows.
  • The administrator will handle the overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce application.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users is a key responsibility.
  • Solving internal user-related requests and issues promptly is crucial.
  • Handling permissions, Custom Reports and dashboards, Flows, etc. requires strong expertise.
  • This role involves serving as a subject matter expert for solutions that include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex environments.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration is required.
  • Regular attendance at daily operational calls/meetings is mandatory.
