Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with data management and relational database design and workflows.
  • Experience using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, VS Code or Other IDEs).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Good business analyst skills.
  • Experience with Google Docs/Drive.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handles a variety of day-to-day functions, including user and production maintenance, creating custom reports, users, and dashboards, and workflows.
  • Administers overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce application.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users.
  • Solves internal user-related requests and issues.
  • Handles permissions, Custom Reports and dashboards, Flows, etc.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for solutions that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration.
  • Attend daily operational calls/meetings.
