Business Development Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, securing client contracts, and managing relationships with existing clients.

  • Develop high-quality proposals for projects listed on Freelancer.com and Upwork.
  • Research potential business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional with a strong background in writing compelling proposals and engaging with clients on platforms like Freelancer.com and Upwork.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proposal Development: Write high-quality proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and deliver results.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in proposal writing and successfully securing projects on Freelancer.com and Upwork.com.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
