Senior IT Service Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Service Management Professional to lead the implementation, assessment, and auditing of ISO 20000-based IT Service Management Systems (ITSMS), ensuring alignment with best practices.

About This Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ITSM professionals to leverage their expertise in implementing and managing IT service management systems that meet industry standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, assessment, and auditing of ISO 20000-based ITSMS, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Design and implement ITSM frameworks aligned with ITIL standards, promoting operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct service maturity assessments, gap analyses, and process improvements to enhance IT operations and service quality.
  • Develop and refine ITSM policies, procedures, and service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management.
  • Guide organizations in optimizing IT operations, improving service quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support ISO 20000 certification audits, including documentation preparation and addressing non-conformities.
  • Assist in selecting and implementing ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, and Managed Engine.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to clients on ITSM best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an IT-related field.
  • ITIL Expert/Managing Professional, ISO 20000 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certifications.
  • 6-8 years of experience in ITSM consulting or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, and other relevant frameworks/regulations.
  • Practical experience in ISO 20000 implementation.
  • Familiarity with other IT standards/frameworks, such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, NCA, SAMA.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to ITSM.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills.
