Job Summary:

This role involves providing IT support for finance applications across our global network, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain user profiles in finance applications, including creation, deletion, and amendment of users.
  2. Update applications as requested by finance teams to meet their changing needs.
  3. Prepare and submit regular audit reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  4. Ensure user instruction documents are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate efficient onboarding processes.
  5. Develop and maintain approval matrices to guarantee correct authorization is given prior to any changes.
  6. Address user queries and problems submitted through our service desk system, providing timely and effective solutions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial systems, particularly SUN Systems.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
