Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Architecture Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for presenting and communicating the value of our data platform to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.

Your primary focus will be on working hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of our technology throughout the sales cycle. This includes maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position our data platform in relation to them.

You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve our products and marketing efforts. Additionally, you will run training sessions, workshops, and webinars to help customers become proficient in our data platform.

A key aspect of this role is keeping customers up to date on key product updates and future roadmaps. You will also run technical enablement programs to provide best practices and solution design workshops to help customers create effective solutions.

In this hands-on, individual contributor role, you will have high visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate has a broad range of skills and experience ranging from data architecture to ETL/ELT, data science, security, performance analysis, analytics, etc.

Responsibilities:
  1. Presents data platform technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
  2. Works hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of data platform technology throughout the sales cycle.
  3. Maintains a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position data platform in relation to them.
  4. Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve data platform products and marketing.
  5. Runs training sessions, workshops, and webinars to help customers become proficient in data platform.
  6. Keeps customers up to date on key product updates and future roadmaps.
  7. Runs technical enablement programs to provide best practices and solution design workshops to help customers create effective solutions.
  8. Create and develop technical champions in your accounts to drive adoption.
  9. Represents data platform at customer or industry events.
