The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk.

This includes answering and directing phone calls, updating and maintaining extension lists, and scheduling events.

They must also maintain contact lists, provide support to visitors, and act as a point of contact for clients.

In addition, they will liaise with executive assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

The role also involves managing incoming and outgoing couriers, office cleaning, and stationary supplies.

The Front Desk Officer must ensure that the front desk is always neat and equipped with necessary supplies.

Furthermore, they are responsible for communicating with vendors and maintaining employee visit details.

Other responsibilities may be assigned by the line manager.

Salary: Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
