
Receptionist (Front Desk & Administrative Support)

We are looking for a dynamic and polished Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, professional first impression, managing front desk responsibilities, and supporting our team with administrative and communication tasks.
Location: LAHORE | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors with a pleasant, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Draft and respond to emails and official correspondence with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Assist in scheduling meetings and client appointments
- Ensure timely handling of deliveries, messages, and daily front desk activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
- Confident in writing formal letters and emails
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
- Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make clients feel welcome
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email platforms, etc.)
- Prior experience in a similar front desk or administrative role
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people
- Professional appearance and demeanor
