Receptionist (Front Desk & Administrative Support)

We are looking for a dynamic and polished Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm, professional first impression, managing front desk responsibilities, and supporting our team with administrative and communication tasks.

Location: LAHORE | Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a pleasant, courteous, and professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Draft and respond to emails and official correspondence with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and client appointments
  • Ensure timely handling of deliveries, messages, and daily front desk activities
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
  • Confident in writing formal letters and emails
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
  • Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make clients feel welcome
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email platforms, etc.)

  • Prior experience in a similar front desk or administrative role
  • Comfortable interacting with a diverse group of people
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
