Content Strategist and Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist and Visual Storyteller to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong background in social media marketing, excellent design skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and tracking metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with our goals, including post frequency, themes, and brand messaging.
  2. Design visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, optimized for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  3. Foster a strong community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
  4. Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and overall engagement, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and SEO strategies.
  6. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in digital marketing or SEO.

Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, strong knowledge of SEO principles, content creation skills (graphic design, video editing), and excellent written communication.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate fresh ideas for content and engagement.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.

Technical Requirements:

Proficient in scheduling and analytics platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating visually engaging content.

Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or mobile-friendly tools like InShot.
