Job Summary

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, assets, and premises at designated sites. This involves conducting thorough screenings of visitors, maintaining surveillance, and enforcing security protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

To excel in this role, an individual must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and good hygiene practices are also essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer security checks on all personnel and visitors entering the site.
  • Maintain accurate records of property movements and prevent unauthorized removal.
  • Patrol assigned areas regularly, reporting any security incidents to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all security lights are functioning correctly and report any issues promptly.
  • Implement IMC security protocols at all times while on duty.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in providing security services.
  • Sound physical health and stamina to perform duties assigned.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in written and spoken language as required.
