Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong understanding of blockchain and DLT principles. Our ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with smart contracts, native blockchain clients, and enterprise blockchain solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of blockchain and DLT principles.
  • Hands-on experience with smart contracts on Ethereum and other platforms.
  • Expertise in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or Mathematics.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the way in building an in-house blockchain security team and will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging their expertise to develop and implement robust smart contract audit methodologies.
  • Leading the company's smart contract audit portfolio.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to market our smart contract audit services.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest smart contract security news in the blockchain space.

Working Hours

If you are a remote candidate, you should be available during working hours to allow for seamless communication with the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus algorithms, cryptography, and smart contract programming languages. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

As a key member of our blockchain security team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' blockchain-based systems. They will work closely with our development team to identify potential vulnerabilities, develop and implement effective mitigation strategies, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will also be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in blockchain security, smart contract development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Solidity, Vyper, or Rust.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
