This position is responsible for leading strategic, financial, and compliance risk management activities within the organization.
- Leads the development and implementation of risk management strategies to mitigate significant risks facing the organization.
- Provides guidance on risk assessment and control effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Establishes risk management systems and procedures to support the enterprise-wide risk management framework.
- Reports risk exposures to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborates with department heads to implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with the approved Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Maintains internal controls and systems relevant to risk management.
- Organizes risk workshops and drives action items for implementation with stakeholders.
- Presents periodic risk reports to senior management.
- Drafts risk policies and procedures for review and recommendation.
- Plans risk awareness training for departments, ensuring effective implementation through guided sessions and e-learning modules.
- Presents updated contract registers to senior management and risk committees as required.
- Automates ERM Processes through software implementation and maintenance.
