About this position

The Finance and Accounts Director will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the organization's financial health and stability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing annual financial plans and forecasts aligned with the company's strategic objectives
  • Conducting regular performance analysis and providing insights to senior management
  • Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements
  • Monitoring and managing cash flow to meet operational needs
  • Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing risk mitigation strategies
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance and accounts team

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position within the industry
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, corporate taxation, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
