
Business Growth Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder who understands client pain points, effectively communicates the value of our solutions, and ensures long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:- Upselling & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling by analyzing client needs and matching them with relevant product solutions. Develop a deep understanding of client usage patterns, business requirements, and expansion potential.
- Cross-Selling & Business Expansion: Analyze industry trends and client business models to identify cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to create personalized sales strategies and recommend relevant products or services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Conduct regular business reviews to assess evolving client needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the CSM and Sales teams to track customer lifecycle stages and identify expansion opportunities. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, upsell/cross-sell efforts, and deal progress in the CRM.
