Senior Microbiologist - Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microbiologist to join our Quality Assurance team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microbiological testing and compliance, as well as experience in implementing testing protocols and maintaining laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and oversee microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and company SOPs.
  • Develop and validate microbiological methods.
  • Lead investigations on microbial deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Microbiology or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., WHO, DRAP, ISO) is essential.
  • Proficiency in microbial techniques and contamination control is required.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills are essential.
