Remote Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound communication.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to targeted businesses in the United States to present our services.
  • Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to potential clients.
  • You will schedule appointments with interested and qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in a secure database.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-8 months of experience in cold calling is required.
  • You must possess excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and articulate phone presence.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
  • You will need a stable Internet connection and your own work-from-home equipment, including noise-canceling headphones and a laptop/PC System.
