Job Opportunity:

Sales Representative

We are seeking a talented sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for high-end fashion and jewelry, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Convert inquiries into purchases by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products.
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product collections and brand story.
  • Track and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support virtual events or campaigns when needed.
Requirements:
  1. Native-level fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or luxury customer service (jewelry or fashion preferred).
  3. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  5. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, email, and chat platforms.
  6. Flexible schedule to support customers across various time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Background in luxury retail or premium e-commerce.
  2. Experience with remote/virtual selling techniques.
  3. Strong understanding of jewelry materials and design (training provided).
