Job Summary

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new B2B clients in English-speaking markets seeking offshore software development services. Your goal is to close deals by coordinating with internal technical teams and understanding client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, cold calling, and digital channels.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies.
  • Propose tailored software development solutions based on client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.).
  • Coordinate proposal preparation, estimates, and presentations with internal technical teams.
  • Manage and close deals through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
  • Proven track record of winning international clients, especially from US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
  • Prior experience in a software services agency or offshore development company.
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks, Agile methodology, SaaS, AI, DevOps, and Cloud.
