Key Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal part in spearheading our sales operations across various markets.

Job Responsibilities

  2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, ensuring all sales activities align with established guidelines and company policies.
  3. Sales Team Management: Plan, recruit, direct, organize, and control sales teams to achieve specific objectives and promote the organization's presence.
  4. Performance Reporting: Prepare and communicate reports on sales and revenue status to management.
  5. Market Research: Identify business opportunities by researching prospects, analyzing industry trends, and evaluating sales options.
  6. Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and deliver high-quality services.
  7. Pipeline Development: Foster new business relationships and set up meetings to explore potential partnerships.
  8. Sales Performance Feedback: Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  9. Revenue Growth: Promote the company's web services to a diverse range of prospects and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue targets.
  10. Customer Relations: Maintain effective customer correspondence and records.
  11. Client Satisfaction: Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent team player with a strong ability to sell.
  • Self-Motivation and Sales Aptitude: Self-motivated individual with aptitude for sales & marketing and a talent for generating new ideas and revenue channels.
  • Cold Calling Experience: Cold calling experience and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Cross-Selling Tactics: Strong cross-selling tactics and direct sales confidence.
  • Time Management and Customer Service: Effective time management and customer service skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and planned activity execution.
