Sales Professional
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential freight carriers and logistics clients.
You will conduct outbound sales calls to pitch our dispatching and logistics services to prospects, building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients across the U.S.
Your goal will be to customize logistics solutions based on the client's freight needs and operational model, negotiate service agreements, and convert leads into active customers.
You will also maintain up-to-date records in CRM software for all outreach and conversions, consistently achieving sales targets and performance goals.
In addition, you will coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations, providing regular feedback on market trends and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify potential freight carriers and logistics clients using tools such as SaferWeb and DOFT.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to pitch our dispatching and logistics services to prospects.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across the U.S.
- Customize logistics solutions based on the client's freight needs and operational model.
