About the Role

At Nexus, we work on technical projects across multiple domains. As an Analyst, you will be expected to thoroughly research organizations and identify the ideal professionals to reach out to for one-hour consultations.

This requires deep understanding of:

• The project brief and client objectives
• The product or service being studied
• Company hierarchies and relevant job roles

A Typical Day Might Look Like:

• You'll be assigned a specific research project. For example: "AI Chatbots in Financial Services"
• You'll analyze the product/service and understand the research objectives (e.g., impact of a chatbot on end-user workflows)
• Based on this, you'll identify and reach out to target professionals using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms
• Communication may involve LinkedIn messages, emails, and occasionally cold calls—so strong speaking and interpersonal skills are required
• Once a respondent agrees, you'll coordinate their availability and schedule the consultation with our client
• You must maintain a high standard of English—both written and spoken—as you'll be engaging with global professionals, often at the C-suite or director level
• You will also be encouraged to critically assess internal processes and propose improvements, ideally through automation tools like Power Automate or Make.com

Given our startup nature, you may be assigned cross-functional responsibilities—if you have a background in finance, marketing, HR, or business development, you may rotate through these departments based on your performance and interest.
