Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and software management, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

This role is responsible for providing timely and effective IT support to users, managing Help Desk and Complaint Desk operations, and overseeing IT support software management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functionality of the systems and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of IT-related software and tools, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide support, so it is essential that you are able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Timely IT Support: Respond to user queries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage Help Desk Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the Help Desk team, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Oversee Software Management: Ensure that all IT support software is up-to-date and functioning correctly.

Requirements:

  • MBA or MCS Degree: A postgraduate degree in IT or a related field is essential for this role.
  • IT-Related Skills: Proficiency in IT-related software and tools is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary for success in this role.
