Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a customer database, tracking customer needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential customers, building strong relationships and rapport.
  • Prepare high-quality business development related documents and reports for accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements and calendar management, ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Meticulous and patient with high sense of responsibility, delivering quality results under pressure.
