Job Summary:

Ghazanfar Bank is seeking a highly skilled Chief Internal Auditor to lead our internal audit function. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal controls, promoting a culture of risk awareness, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an annual audit program, encompassing risk-based assessments and regular audits of branches and Head Office divisions.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management, governance, and compliance to management and the Board of Supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the Audit Committee to develop and implement audit plans, ensure timely completion of audits, and submit comprehensive reports.
  • Lead the development and implementation of audit procedures, including data collection, analysis, and review.
  • Analyze deficiencies in bank activities and employee performance, proposing solutions to rectify these issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum three years of managerial experience in banking audit or five years in a similar role within another financial institution.
  • Proven expertise in internal audit, risk management, and governance, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
