Project Manager Position

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a Project Manager. We are seeking a full-time candidate with experience in project management and client relations for our Islamabad office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage project requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Be responsible for managing budgets, providing updates to clients and senior management.
  • Attend client meetings, assist in determining project requirements, and develop strategies to improve client handling.
  • Chair site meetings, distribute minutes, and provide high-quality translated materials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, translators, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Respond promptly to queries concerning projects and ensure internal and external communication on all project-related matters.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal teams, freelance translators, and clients.
  • Perform assigned tasks by supervisors and maintain excellent organizational skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Professional certification(s) in Project Management preferred.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and oversee several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in managing data.
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
