Lead Project Manager Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled professional to spearhead our project management efforts. As a seasoned manager, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects while maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 - Core Leadership

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates to inform stakeholders
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing project requirements

Phase 2 - Strategic Growth (as Skills Develop)

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored project solutions
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
  • Raise awareness of project risks and escalate issues promptly to prevent project setbacks
  • Effectively manage resources, allocate budget, and ensure efficient project delivery

Phase 3 - Advanced Leadership (growth stage in our organization)

  • Independently lead complex, high-profile client projects with minimal supervision
  • Contribute to strategic project development and contribute to agency-wide improvements
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Evaluate project outcomes, provide actionable insights, and suggest process enhancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and project management software applications.
