Digital Marketing Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to drive our marketing efforts forward.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of professionals, assess their performance, and refine existing processes. They will possess a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  1. Leading project teams in task development, execution, and completion
  2. Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
  3. Documenting operational tasks and reporting to senior management
  4. Conducting employee reviews and assessments
  5. Supporting new employee onboarding and training programs
  6. Fostering lead generation through social media outreach
  7. Identifying potential clients and promoting services offered
  8. Developing strategies for digital growth and implementing them
Job Requirements

Additional Requirements:

  1. Experience with email marketing, lead generation, mail merge, email verification, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
  2. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
  3. Pride in performance and its impact on business success
  4. Familiarity with other aspects of lead generation, such as social media outreach (automation), email automation, and various lead generation channels
