Highly Skilled Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, create engaging content for LinkedIn, and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance.
- Sales Support: Research potential leads, conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email, identify and apply for podcast guest spots and media opportunities, draft and send follow-up emails, maintain and update the CRM.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and organize the inbox, manage the calendar by scheduling meetings, block focus time and prepare for events, track deadlines and maintain a master content calendar.
- Data Analysis: Pull weekly analytics for LinkedIn, track email open and click rates in Go High Level, provide recommendations based on data.
- Strategic Growth: Identify collaboration opportunities, monitor competitor activity and market trends, suggest new ideas for visibility and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role with significant marketing responsibilities. They will be proficient in Go High Level and comfortable navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
