About the Technical Support Specialist Role

The Technical Support Specialist will be the main point of contact for issues and questions about our services. Responsibilities include providing world-class assistance via calls and emails, defining support processes, and working with the team to develop and scale the Technical Support function.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bilingual Spanish & English Email, Chat, and Voice Support
  • Customer Service Analysis - collect customer support requests and bugs and relay findings to the product and engineering teams
  • System Evaluation - evaluate existing tools and work with engineering to develop tools to enable this function to scale
