Project Manager Job Description

A highly skilled project manager is required to oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and enhancing overall project execution. Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and proven experience managing multiple digital projects simultaneously in an agency setting are essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the internal team and ensure they follow established processes and SOPs for consistent project execution.
  • Use ClickUp and GHL to streamline workflows and identify bottlenecks to implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 8-10 individuals.
  • Experience working with ClickUp, GHL, and other project management/CRM tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing factors, mainly SEO and Google Ads.
  • Proficient with AI tools and technologies relevant to marketing and project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Fluent in English, oral and written.
