Job Title:

Digital Project Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Project Coordinator to oversee the development process, ensure timely releases, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines in alignment with product roadmaps.
  • Design and assign detailed product feature tickets for the development team.
  • Establish and track release cycles, coordinate with development teams, QA, and DevOps.
  • Engage senior leadership on new feature ideas based on company vision and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create user guides.
  • Identify skill gaps within development teams and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Assist with hiring and interviewing for product development and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for customer needs throughout the product design and development process.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with development teams, and meet project deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools like Jira.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to convey project tasks across various teams.
  • Fluency in English and strong vocabulary requirements (oral and written).
  • Ability to work with remote team members across different time zones.
