
Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

As a skilled CRM System Manager, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our lead generation and customer relationship management processes. We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in managing complex pipelines, integrating sources for leads, and managing users and permissions within Bitrix.
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to create and interpret data and reports. Proficiency in integrating CRM systems with external platforms is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Create, customize, and manage multiple pipelines within Bitrix for smooth lead progression.
- Lead Generation: Integrate Facebook using API and other platforms to bring in leads and set up lead generation from the company website.
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Bitrix, ensuring proper access levels based on user roles.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows and processes within Bitrix to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Pipelines and Sales Performance Analytics: Set up and maintain analytics to track pipeline and sales performance.
- Integration: Integrate Bitrix with other systems as needed to improve data flow and process efficiency.
- Customization: Create and customize special purpose applications and tools to meet business needs.
- Role-Based Permissions: Set and enforce role-based permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Bitrix, creating and managing pipelines, workflows, and user roles.
- Experience with other CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in integrating CRM systems with external platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to create and interpret data and reports.
- Customization skills to create SPAs or other tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with CRM data migration and maintenance best practices.
