Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our community health programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Work Plans: Develop and submit annual work plans in line with overall proposals, ensuring timely and effective execution of program activities as per grant and donor requirements.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Program Activities: Conduct regular monitoring visits, provide on-job training/mentoring to field staff, and ensure capacity development of project staff.
  • Ensure Quality Health Services: Coordinate with relevant departments of the provincial and district government for effective implementation of program activities, ensuring provision of quality health services at all sites as per agreed standards.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with the health department at provincial and district levels, as well as other stakeholders, for conducting activities, maintaining constant communication and coordination with all provincial and district staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBBS or Master's in Public Health
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with good writing skills, managerial experience preferred
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; fluency in written English; ability to analyze information, evaluate options, and think strategically.
