Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong background in medical billing, with hands-on experience in client management and account support.
  • Proven success in a customer success or account management role in the healthcare or medical billing sector.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite, night-shift role.
