We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team as Associate Director Application Development. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving engineering strategy and overseeing multiple teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee multiple engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
  • Architect and govern large-scale, distributed systems and enterprise-level solutions, ensuring technical best practices and design principles are followed.
  • Shape the technology vision, evaluating emerging trends and recommending strategic investments in tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions. You should possess expert proficiency in C# and .NET Core, advanced SQL programming skills, and knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.

Requirements
  • Tech Requirements:
  • Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Core (or similar object-oriented programming languages).
  • Advanced SQL programming with expertise in database performance tuning for large-scale datasets.
  • Strong experience with relational (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Databricks, Spark, Nifi, ETL).
