Job Title: Senior Business Educator

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Educator to join our faculty. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching assigned courses, developing learning materials, and contributing to the planning of teaching programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet annual targets assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Work towards securing a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students by implementing appropriate targets set by the Dean/Director of University.
  • Teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy.
  • Assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement, and attendance.
  • Contribute to the development of module information packs, assignments, and examination questions. Additionally, assess student's progress and provide feedback.
  • Continuously develop your own teaching and learning skills and contribute to the planning of teaching programs.
  • Employ innovative teaching strategies and facilitate experiential learning during lessons.
  • Liaise and maintain good relationships with academic colleagues and colleagues in practice.
  • Supervise student projects, field trips, and where necessary, placements.
  • Set, mark, and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in teaching business-related subjects.
  • Strong knowledge of business principles and practices.
  • Able to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
