Role:
We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Specialist who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences. If you are passionate about helping others, an excellent communicator, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for student and parent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information on our services, visa procedures, and admissions support.
- Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and timely communication.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role (preferably in education, travel, or consultancy).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and confidence in handling inquiries.
- A positive, calm, and empathetic attitude – especially under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
