ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive knowledge of business operations and hands-on experience in implementing ERP systems.

  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored ERP solutions.
  • Customize ERP modules according to specific business requirements.
  • Deliver training and support to clients and users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and functionality.
  • Facilitate client meetings and workshops to gather feedback and discuss project updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and functional specs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features within the ERP ecosystem.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations and experience in deploying ERP systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience as an ERP Implementation Specialist,
  • Hands-on involvement in at least 3-4 full-cycle ERP implementations (including various versions).
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and experience in requirements gathering.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prefereed Skills:
  • ERP certification(s) will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL for effective data handling within ERP databases.
  • Exposure to BI tools for data analytics and reporting within ERP.
  • Experience in writing and executing test cases to validate ERP customizations and features.
